From the left side of the screen click the three vertical line icon, then choose 'Support.' From here you'll need to select 'product and customer support.' To download the driver, you'll need to head over to the JBL website. Choose this speaker and the computer will automatically connect with the speaker.
This brings up the Action Center as the computer scans for any available Bluetooth devices. If you are unable to find this quotation box in the lower right corner of the screen, you can click the 'Start' button, then choose 'Settings,' followed by 'Devices.' Finally, select 'Bluetooth and other devices,' then turn the Bluetooth glider to 'On.' When it discovers the JBL GO speaker, you'll be able to connect it with your computer. It will automatically scan for any available Bluetooth devices. From here, choose 'Bluetooth.' This turns on the computer's Bluetooth feature. This will bring up a number of display options. The easiest way to do this is to click on the small quotation box in the lower right corner of the screen. Once the light is on, you will need to turn on Bluetooth from your computer. To begin connecting your JBL speaker with the Windows 10 computer you'll need to power on the speaker and wait for the blue light to click on from inside the speaker.
